Views sought on Plumb Park Proposals

Exmouth residents are being invited to help Clinton Devon Estates shape the proposal for 350 homes at Plumb Park, Littleham.

An exhibition is being held on Wednesday 21 November at Bidmead Community Centre Bidmead Close, Littleham and will run from 10am to 9pm. There will be a series of display panels which explain the proposals and show the various elements of the scheme in more detail.

Staff will be on hand to answer questions and there will be a number of ways that people can give their views including completing surveys and posting comments.

The proposal for a 350 home community at Plumb Park, Littleham would help meet the need for affordable homes for local people. It would also provide new public space, footpaths and cycle ways, woodlands, a community orchard plus revamped and new community facilities.

The site is easy to access; close to the town centre, seafront, train station and major bus routes. It is currently farm land with little public access and is surrounded on three sides by housing and employment land.

Anyone who can’t attend the consultation event will be able to give their views via the website www.plumbparkconsultation where copies of the information panels will be available after 21 November. People will also be able to comment via Twitter @plumbparkhomes, can email their views to or write to: Plumb Park Consultation, c/o KOR Communications, The West Wing, Old Broadclyst Station, Exeter, EX5 3AS.
